Pinecrest Global Concept Limited has been a fast growing indigenous real estate development company domiciled in Abuja, Nigeria, with current head office in Gwarimpa, Abuja. At the present time the group's portfolio includes small apartment buildings, mixed use buildings and one to three family homes. The management team have over 10 years of combined real estate investment and management experience and have collectively completed more than 10 billion naira worth of urban real estate transactions. The Directors joined forces in 2004 to pursue an urban investment strategy along the FCT corridor that seeks to add value by leveraging local economic anchors to further stimulate and rejuvenate areas with upside potential. PGCL will align its private and investor capital to aggressively pursue urban real estate opportunities in excess of 500 Billion naira. As an urban developer and manager of residential, mixed use and retail properties, we have successfully been able to provide investors with above average returns due to our keen insight of the Nassarawa and Abuja markets. PGCL applies its knowledge of the market and neighborhood trends to identify and acquire real estate in areas that have substantial upside appreciation potential post acquisition and development.
